MYDDELTON & MAJOR have let prime Salisbury City Centre retail unit 16-18 High Street to Trespass, the prize winning sportswear and leisure brand for outdoor walking, climbing and ski gear.
A new full repairing and insuring lease has been granted for a term of 10 years. The agents were quoting a rent of £65,000 per annum exclusive.
